Family PACT Policy Updates: CPT Codes 85651 and 85652

Effective for dates of service on or after August 1, 2015, CPT codes 85651 (sedimentation rate, erythrocyte; non-automated) and 85652 (…automated) are no longer reimbursable with the following ICD-9-CM codes: 626.2, 998.11 and 998.12.
