SUMMARY OF CHANGES: The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to revise, Pub. 100-05 Medicare Secondary Payer Manual, Chapter 5, which is out of date specific to verbiage, MSP claims payment examples, and the exclusion of some Technical Direction Letter (TDL) instructions that were issued to the jurisdictional Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs).
