Clinical Laboratory Rate Reductions

Effective for dates of service on or after September 1, 2011, reimbursement rate reductions were implemented for Texas Medicaid for Clinical laboratory services. Clinical laboratory procedure codes will receive a 12.5-percent rate reduction.
